Welcome to lusernagneiss.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services offered by Luserna Gneiss through the lusernagneiss.com website. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We invite you to read this page carefully before proceeding with an order.
1. Acceptance of orders
Orders placed on lusernagneiss.com will be confirmed via email once the initial payment is received. Confirmation of the order implies the customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of sale.
2. Payments
- For Established Customers:
- 50% Deposit: For order confirmation, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required. This payment is necessary to commence processing of the order.
- 50% Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to shipment of the products.
- For New Customers:
For the first order, in order to establish the business relationship, full payment (100% of the total amount) is required before the shipment of the goods. For subsequent orders, the conditions outlined for established customers will apply.
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfers and checks.

3. Shipping
The shipment of products can be handled according to customer preference:
- Customer-managed shipment: the customer has the option of arranging collection and transport of the purchased products via a carrier of his choice. In this case, the responsibility for transport is entirely the customer’s once the products have been collected from our premises.
- Shipment handled by Luserna Gneiss: if the customer prefers, we can take care of the shipment of the products. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer with the sending of the quotation.
4. Return and cancellation policy
Due to the nature of the customised products offered, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order specifications are correct before proceeding with payment.
5. Warranty
Luserna Gneiss guarantees that all products conform to the quality standards specified at the time of order. Any defects or problems must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We cannot be held liable for damage caused during transport.
6. Limitation of liability
Luserna Gneiss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cuneo.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
